The Toumetis leadership team has a wealth of experience in application development, data science, electrical engineering and the electrical distribution industry. Blending these areas of expertise has been the key to success and allows Toumetis to solve the industry's toughest problems.

Mark Willnerd

CEO & President

Mark has worked in cutting-edge technology arenas for nearly two decades, including positions as senior vice president at Mobile Solutions Group and Boise site manager for iAnywhere, a Sybase company. Prior to that he was mobile vice president of business development and, earlier, VP of product management at Extended Systems. Mark holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a graduate of the prestigious Stanford Executive Program.

Chee Su Goh, PhD

Vice President, Data Science

Chee Su leads the multi-disciplinary data science team at Toumetis that specialises in combining physics-based and machine learning algorithms to solve engineering challenges, focussing on electrical distribution systems. He has prior industrial experience in oil & gas as well as aerospace, having been a rotating equipment engineer with Shell and an R&D engineer and manager with Leonardo Helicopters. Chee Su holds a PhD in fluid mechanics from Imperial College London, and an MEng from the University of Cambridge.

Thomas Bialek, Ph.D., P.E.

Chief Technology Officer

Tom received a Bachelor's and Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba in 1982 and 1986 respectively. He also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2005. He is currently employed by Toumetis as the Chief Technology Officer. His present responsibilities involve applying utility transmission and distribution knowledge of equipment, operations, planning, and time-series data with data science and machine learning to provide business value to clients.

Clare Toogood

Senior Project Manager

Clare brings 20 years of experience as a Developer and Test Manager with a successful background in the Defence sector before joining Toumetis. She holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics. She has led multiple projects for a variety of organisations, and now runs the Cascadence development team as the Project Manager.

Kieran Bowen

Senior Product Manager

Kieran has 9 years of experience in oil and gas, working first as a geologist before transitioning into testing and then product management within Landmark, Halliburton. He has managed a variety of different upstream applications including long established products embedded in the industry and new products being accelerated from conception to market. He holds a degree in geology from the University of Southampton.

As the CEO of one of the world’s largest organizational performance consulting and technology firms, Mr. Middleton brings more than thirty years of domain and vertical expertise to inform business strategy for their clients. Alan has worked with industry-leading clients around the world, ranging from start-ups to multinationals.

Alan Snyder

CEO at NowSecure

Serving as the CEO of numerous technology companies, Mr. Snyder’s brings valuable experience in accelerating growth and scaling business. He was previously CEO of BoxTone, an enterprise management platform, which was acquired by secure mobility solution provider Good Technology.

Randy Foster

Partner at Stoel Rives LLP

Mr. Foster brings more than forty years of corporate law experience to provide strategic counsel on organizational growth and protection of intellectual property. Randy has served as a Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Group.
